Once we book your week, we recruit on your behalf. Utilizing online employment services, we advertise your dealership and screen all applicants.
Classroom
We train directly in your dealership to familiarize the candidates with your dealership environment. Typically a conference room.
Candidate Selection
LCMDT understands it takes a certain work ethic and personality to work in the auto industry. We take time to educate and screen candidates before we introduce them to the dealership's hiring management team. The results are successful employee retention.
Training
We work directly with Owners and Sales Management to individually customize our week-long program on behalf of their dealership. We prepare individuals to enter the auto industry for fulfilling, lucrative careers.
