We offer you a comprehensive, fast paced class to see if this industry is right for you. Our trainer, Lucia, has successful held hundreds of classes consistently exceeding expectations of our Candidates/Applicants. At the end of every course, there is an exciting career opportunity waiting for you.
Our program is broken down into 3 main elements:
Interview
We start the program by interviewing you to learn your skill sets and interests. Then we hone your interviewing skills targeting the auto industry. All leading to your final interviews with the host dealership for placement.
Training
Over the course of a few days, you will be in an exhilarating class where your trainer reviews the foundation of Sales within the Auto Industry. Through an in depth crash course we educate you on the steps of sales, financing, leasing, demonstrations, pay plans, hours, benefits, vacations time and upward mobility options before you make a decision to join this industry.
Placement
As the week progresses, interviews will be held with the Dealerships Management Team to determine placement.
